Jim
is President of Max Elson Insurance, Inc. and a founding principal
of Mid-Central Valley Insurance Producers, Inc. He is a 38 year
insurance veteran. Jim received his Associate in Risk Management
designation in June of 1990. He is a past President of the Independent
Agents Association of San Joaquin County. |

Bob Ballard
Chairman of the Board

Bob
has been in the Insurance business for 58 years. He is a partner
in Hanson, Ballard & Reed Insurance and MCV Insurance Corporation.
His experience includes virtually all forms of Commercial
Insurance and claims. Commercial farms, Boiler Machinery coverage,
and packing houses and their associated Inland Marine have
been his primary forte. He has also been active in Crop insurance.

Bob Reed

Bob
has worked in the insurance industry for 33 years. He has 10
years company background with two insurance carriers, and 22
years in the agency business.
Bob was a commercial lines underwriter with INA for 4 years
and a commercial lines and marketing manager with Home Insurance
Company for 6 years. Both positions were in the Sacramento,
CA region.
Bob has been an owner/officer of Hanson, Ballard & Reed
since 1981, and an owner/officer of MCV since 1990. |

Jim Ehlers

Jim
has 22 years of experience in commercial brokerage business
with a special emphasis on large accounts. Jim began his insurance
career in 1980 with Max Elson Insurance, Inc. He has developed
into a well-rounded insurance professional working with many
sectors of the business community. He is knowledgeable in providing
proper products for his clients and thrives on the ability to
do so as a full service agent. Jim chooses the best products
possible for the long-term benefit of all. |

Ron Dancer
Vice President

Ron
has 20 years experience in the commercial brokerage business
with emphasis on employee benefits. He joined Max Elson Insurance,
Inc. in January of 1996 as Manager of the Employee Benefit Department.
Ron holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation,
which was conveyed after extensive studies and exams by the
Society of Certified Insurance Counselors, Dallas Texas. He
holds a Series 6; Series 63 license, in addition to his property,
casualty, life and health license with the California Department
of Insurance.
He is also a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters. |

Don Kundert

Don
has worked in the insurance industry since 1948. He was a partner
and eventual owner of Kundert Insurance Agency. In 1965 he took
in a partner and the firm name was changed to Kundert &
Rolph Insurance Agency.
The firm was sold December 1, 1991 to Mid-Central Valley Insurance
Producers.
He is now working for MCV as an agent.
He has attended many insurance company schools over the past
40-50 years. |

Mike Marshall

Mike
has been in the insurance business for 36 years, the past 6
years with MCV Insurance Brokers. Prior to his employment with
MCV, he was employed by AAA for 30 years, specializing in Personal
Lines insurance.
He is an agent at MCV and has expanded into the Commercial Lines
aspect of insurance. He works to build a competitive insurance
program for both his commercial and personal lines clients. |
