Mid-Central Valley Insurance Producers,
Inc. was formed in July of 1990 and is the result of a merger
between Hanson, Ballard & Reed Insurance Brokers, Inc.,
Max Elson Insurance, Inc. and Kundert & Rolph Insurance,
Inc. The reason for the merger was the sharing of markets and
the economies of scale brought about by the combined volume
of the three agencies. Shortly thereafter, MCV was restructured
to assist agencies who had need for additional markets.
