Ron has over 20 years experience in the commercial brokerage business with emphasis on employee benefits. He joined Max Elson Insurance, Inc. in January of 1996 as Manager of the Employee Benefit Department. Ron holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, which was conveyed after extensive studies and exams by the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors, Dallas Texas. He holds a property, casualty, life and health license with the California Department of Insurance. Ron is also a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters.
